How should an AI response change when the evidence changes? The current submission concerns Track A model-behavior evaluation. The separately governed human-outcomes Track B is parked.
Anthropic User Wellbeing EOI submitted 21 September 2026. Submission is not selection, an award, sponsorship, or approval. Commercial tests do not validate human wellbeing outcomes.

Explore the control architecture ↗A relationship in the research constellation means a documented methodological or problem relationship exists. It does not transfer validation or authority.
Each program retains its own constructs, methods, evidence, and claim limits. Luis provides technical and evaluation infrastructure, provenance, tooling, and falsifiable technical framing. Qualified domain researchers own domain-valid constructs, human-subject methodology, and domain interpretation. Institutions own IRB, ethics, compliance, and sponsored-research authority.

Crimson Delta is a research and evaluation umbrella and routing identity. It does not mean every implementation, source dataset, or proprietary component is open source. Public releases are identified individually.
Additional private research directions remain unpublished until they reach an appropriate validation and disclosure state. They do not inherit validation from DVS, PortfolioControl, Crimson Delta, or other public work. Public claims remain limited to the evidence and scope shown on each project page.
