Luis is the founder of unFragged, an independent software company building verification infrastructure for AI and automated systems that take consequential actions. Before founding unFragged, he spent roughly a decade in logistics operations, ultimately as a dispatch supervisor responsible for scheduling, load coordination, training, and operational documentation — work in which record accuracy carries real consequences.
He holds associate degrees in Warehousing & Logistics (summa cum laude) and Business Administration (cum laude), completed while working full-time; his earliest academic focus was psychology and child development, an interest that continues to shape his research work.
His work is organized around a single discipline: claims follow evidence, and every project carries explicit limits on what its current results do and do not establish.
